As an Adventure Guides dad, he enjoyed camping and Pinewood Derby races with his daughters. A man of faith, Rick was an active member of Lutheran Church of the Master, and treasured his connection to his community. He was eagerly anticipating the arrival of his first grandchild in May, a role he was certain to embrace with boundless love and joy.
