GERALD “JERRY” DAVIS

Gerald “Jerry” Davis, 69, of Parker, Colorado, passed away on March 8, 2024. He was born on December 28, 1954, in Fort Dodge, Iowa, to the late George and Louise Davis.

Jerry was a carpenter and small business owner whose company framed single-family homes in the Denver Metropolitan Area for over 30 years. He dedicated his career to his craft, leaving behind a legacy of beautiful homes.

Outside of work, Jerry had a deep passion for his Collies. For the past 40 years, he immersed himself in all things concerning his beloved dogs. He cherished the companionship of all eight of his Collies, Cody and Brittany, Cheyenne and Dakota, Jake and Jessie, and Gemma and Riley. In addition to his love for Collies, Jerry also enjoyed playing golf, finding solace, joy, and anguish on the green.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Denise Smith Davis, who stood by his side throughout their journey together. He is also survived by his brother, Don Davis, sister, Mary Davis Bormann, and five nephews, John, James, and Luke Davis and Jason and Chris Lee, and their wives and children. Jerry’s presence will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.

Jerry will forever be remembered as a loving husband and best friend to his wife, a true craftsman, his love for his Collies, and the joy he brought to those around him. May he rest in peace.
