Bryant Hellickson

            Bryant Eugene Hellickson, the son of Elmer and Darlene (Beebe) Hellickson, was born at Crescent City, California.  He was reared and educated at Humboldt, graduated from Humboldt High School in 1973, and later attended Mankato Business College.  He was united in marriage to Lamona Tinken.  They made their home in Humboldt, where he was employed by the Décor Shoppe for several years and recently he was a machinist for the Chantland Manufacturing Company.

            Bryant Hellickson, a member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran congregation, passed away Friday, June 21, at the age of 29 years.  He is survived by his wife LaMona; his son Justin; parents, Elmer and Darlene Hellickson; sister, Mrs. Dave (Tracy) Casssens; grandmother, Bernice Beebe, and grandfather, Elmer Hellickson.

            Bryant was born July 30, 1955, and laid to rest June 24, 1985.  The clergyman officiating was Rev. Robert Molldrem and vocalists were Julie Heiter and Julie Nelson with Organist John Petersen.  Casket Bearers were Dave Beebe, Stewart Caquelin, Dan Beebe, Kirk Anderson, Denis Beebe, and Mick Hellickson.  Flowers were arranged by Mrs. Eilert Sampson and Mrs. Don Logue, with Eilert Sampson serving as usher.  Bryant was interred at Union Cemetery, Humboldt, Iowa.
